Never athletic, but always up for arm wrestling, Sarah became interested in fitness and nutrition to improve upon personal goals. She has led friendly workout challenges for years, and recently became NASM-certified as a personal trainer. Her other achievements include a B.A. in Music and Humanities, numerous competitive vocal awards, and the ability to stealthily make a cake gluten-free. With a heart for communities, Sarah enjoys championing and volunteering for local organizations, businesses, and individuals, including homeless support centers and The Blue Zones Project. Currently a candidate for an M.S. in Nutrition and Integrative Health, she has begun her own adventures into entrepreneurship with nutrition counseling and personal training at Sage Advice Wellness.
